Photographing architecture and interiors brings its own set of challenges and skills. For interiors especially, you will usually need quite a wide angle lens whilst at the same time, usually wanting to avoid the images becoming distorted e.g. curved walls that should look straight. Add to this the challenge of low light, or high levels of contract and mixed lighting e.g. from windows/natural light and artificial lights and/or your flash and you have a very interesting scenario – one which can be very satisfying to get right.
